各個(gè)飛機(jī)由于其飛行情況,乘坐旅客類型,重要程度,旅客對航班延誤的耐受度的不同,從而對航班延誤的敏感性不同。即有一些航班非常重要,一旦延誤一點(diǎn)時(shí)間就會造成巨大損失,有一些航班則不那么重要,就算延誤一點(diǎn)時(shí)間也無傷大雅。由于現(xiàn)有的飛行空間有限,可以通過調(diào)整各個(gè)航班飛機(jī)的起飛次序可以使得航班延誤造成的損失(時(shí)間和經(jīng)濟(jì))最少。很顯然這是可以通過數(shù)學(xué)上的最優(yōu)化模型來進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,而這種優(yōu)化很大程度上是對航班起飛計(jì)劃的優(yōu)化而很少對硬件設(shè)施進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,所以花費(fèi)的成本較低,但產(chǎn)生的效果較好(運(yùn)輸延誤和起飛延誤的權(quán)重相差不大)。所以我們主要考慮對流量控制進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。
