在設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)電動(dòng)汽車的過程中,采用實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)字仿真可實(shí)現(xiàn)并行工程,縮短開發(fā)時(shí)間,節(jié)約開發(fā)費(fèi)用。基于方框圖建模工具Simulink 建立無刷直流電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)模型,采用dSPACE 實(shí)時(shí)仿真環(huán)境自動(dòng)生成控制器及被控對(duì)象模型實(shí)時(shí)代碼。實(shí)時(shí)仿真系統(tǒng)具有與實(shí)際系統(tǒng)的硬件接口,可以與實(shí)際控制器或電機(jī)系統(tǒng)直接相連,構(gòu)成硬件在回路仿真測(cè)試或快速控制原型系統(tǒng)。實(shí)時(shí)仿真與真實(shí)系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,實(shí)時(shí)仿真器與實(shí)際系統(tǒng)的響應(yīng)特性無明顯差別,在開發(fā)和測(cè)試階段可以代替實(shí)際電機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)閉環(huán)測(cè)試。
Abstract:In order to reduce cost, risk and development time, the real-time simulator of electric vehicle system can be used
for concurrent engineering. An implementation of the real-time model of brushless DC motor drive for the electric vehicle
based on block-oriented programming tool Simulink is proposed. Also, by using dSPACE environment,the real-time code
of controller and inverter-motor-sensor model is directly generated. Having the real-time hardware interface to actual
system, the real-time simulation system can be directly connected to actual controller or real inverter-motor-sensor system
for hardware-in-the-loop simulation test as well as for rapid control prototyping applications. Experimental results show
that there is no remarkable difference between the responses of the real system and the real-time model, so the real-time
simulation system can replace the real system in the development and test stages.
