在設(shè)計開發(fā)電動汽車的過程中,采用實時數(shù)字仿真可實現(xiàn)并行工程,縮短開發(fā)時間,節(jié)約開發(fā)費用。基于方框圖建模工具Simulink 建立無刷直流電機驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)模型,采用dSPACE 實時仿真環(huán)境自動生成控制器及被控對象模型實時代碼。實時仿真系統(tǒng)具有與實際系統(tǒng)的硬件接口,可以與實際控制器或電機系統(tǒng)直接相連,構(gòu)成硬件在回路仿真測試或快速控制原型系統(tǒng)。實時仿真與真實系統(tǒng)實驗結(jié)果表明,實時仿真器與實際系統(tǒng)的響應特性無明顯差別,在開發(fā)和測試階段可以代替實際電機系統(tǒng)進行實時閉環(huán)測試。
Abstract:In order to reduce cost, risk and development time, the real-time simulator of electric vehicle system can be used
for concurrent engineering. An implementation of the real-time model of brushless DC motor drive for the electric vehicle
based on block-oriented programming tool Simulink is proposed. Also, by using dSPACE environment,the real-time code
of controller and inverter-motor-sensor model is directly generated. Having the real-time hardware interface to actual
system, the real-time simulation system can be directly connected to actual controller or real inverter-motor-sensor system
for hardware-in-the-loop simulation test as well as for rapid control prototyping applications. Experimental results show
that there is no remarkable difference between the responses of the real system and the real-time model, so the real-time
simulation system can replace the real system in the development and test stages.
