摘 要 傳統(tǒng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理方式，積累量大，易出錯(cuò)，在實(shí)驗(yàn)室開放方面，學(xué)生很難查看實(shí)驗(yàn)室的空閑時(shí)段，管理員也很難為學(xué)生預(yù)備實(shí)驗(yàn)條件。在選擇實(shí)驗(yàn)課方面，總是以班級(jí)或者專業(yè)為單位進(jìn)行排課，使得教學(xué)缺乏自主化，人性化，而且往往會(huì)師生之間相互不了解而產(chǎn)生的盲目教學(xué)等情況，影響學(xué)生、老師的積極性，從而影響實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的效果。所以，需要開發(fā)一套開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)預(yù)約系統(tǒng)來代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的管理方法。 開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室預(yù)約系統(tǒng)包含管理員放課子系統(tǒng)，老師排課子系統(tǒng)，學(xué)生選課子系統(tǒng)三塊。在放課子系統(tǒng)中，管理員根據(jù)該學(xué)期的實(shí)際需要發(fā)放本學(xué)期的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目批次，同時(shí)管理員可以統(tǒng)計(jì)所有實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目批次的選課情況。在排課子系統(tǒng)中，老師根據(jù)管理員發(fā)放的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目批次，確定實(shí)驗(yàn)的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、容納人數(shù)等基本信息，同時(shí)老師可以查看自己排課情況。在選課子系統(tǒng)中，學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況和老師排課的基本情況來選擇自己的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目批次，同時(shí)學(xué)生可以查詢老師的信息，課程的信息和自己的課表。 系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu)，符合操作簡(jiǎn)單，界面友好，靈活，實(shí)用，安全的要求，能夠完成開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室預(yù)約管理的全過程。系統(tǒng)的最大特點(diǎn)就是打破了傳統(tǒng)意義上的實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理方式，使得學(xué)生、老師在整個(gè)教學(xué)過程中更加自主，不斷提高了兩者的積極性，同時(shí)也提高了教與學(xué)的質(zhì)量，提高了實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)管理的效率。 【關(guān)鍵字】管理自動(dòng)化 預(yù)約管理系統(tǒng) 查詢 信息。 ABSTRACT Traditional laboratory management, accumulated a large amount of error-prone, and opening up in the lab, the students it is difficult to view the free laboratory sessions, the administrator it is very difficult for students to prepare experimental conditions.
